It represents the historical boom of local commerce and golden era of the city, there you will find the Library of the Caribbean, a complete historical archive of the  State of Atlantico, the Hans Federico Neuman Musical Documentation Center, the old Railway Station and a mural of the Colombian artist  Alejandro Obregón.
